1945 Willys MB Army Jeep that is three quarters restored. This jeep has
$12,500.00 invested into it so far. The jeep has a new tub which sits
on the chassis but has not been bolted down though new rubber mounts and
bolts included in the sale. T
he motor and chassis are 100% restored. The motor, transmission, transfer
case and rear end were completely gone through. The brakes are complete
including all new components and master cylinder including all steel and
rubber lines. It has combat wheels on all 4 corners and original looking
WW2 tires. I have a fifth combat wheel but the tire needs to be mounted
to it.
As you can see in the pictures, I have purchased new front and rear seats,
windscreen frame and canvas frame mounts. Fuel tank is new and many other
new accessories and parts, including all new fuel lines and full wiring
harness. We have alot of paperwork that goes with the jeep, receipts etc.
Also included is several boxes of parts to complete the project.
However you will need to buy various items. Items missing that I recall
are canvas roof, seat covers and cushions, windscreen glass, wiper motor
and various small items. Most parts to finish can be found in the boxes
included in the sale.
Vehicle comes with a bill of sale from Connecticut where it was originally
purchased and an additional bill of sale from New York where I purchased
the vehicle. Vehicle has never been registered in New York and as it is
a 1945 vehicle, New York State will not issue a title for a vehicle of
this age. Original engine which is very rare. . Moving out of state forces
sale. Finished jeeps in this condition normally range around $20,000.00
so there is plenty of room for profit.
Just found to go with the jeep 1 spare radiator and waterpump ,dated
1942 leather garand rifle holder ,period gas can,and 2 new canvas bags
that go behind the seats. I have more pictures upon request.Any questions

comments Hotchkiss M201 on a 1959 age related plate,with trailer, which
has been sandblasted undercoated and painted late last year. It has had
a new fuel tank supplied by T.S.Auto's and a new Seat canvas set from
American Canvas (John and Mary Worthing).
There is also 5 new tyres from Jeffery engineering From Ashford. The
tub and chassis are both solid and show no signs of welding etc.
The trailer has also been sandblasted and undercoated before painting.
On the jeep I have changed the blackout lights for indicators, so that
they don't stick out, but the trailer only has side lights and brake lights.
Mot till Feb 2009 and Tax til Feb 2009. This jeep has been very reliable
and will not disappoint any buyer.

I have a 1988 USMC 19ft Boston Whaler Rigid Raider with Boat master Trailer.
The trailer and boat numbers match and it has twin 70HP outboards Evinrudes,
they were running when parked the hull is in great shape with standard
usage apparent. The trailer is a boatmaster all aluminum painted grey
and has dual axels and the bronze brake system it has the military 24
volt wiring system the only thing i did was put a standard trailer hitch
on it , It looks brand new, i was told they put the boats in the water
and the trailers in storage. I have done some limited research on it and

1000 miles on it. A lot of work was done from 1992 to 1996 including fuel

the Japanese.Rebuilt by the Osama Regiment after the war, then used as

comments my jeep is an extensive and painstaking restoration begun 13
year ago just as I was leaving the air force. It is a 1945 MB - every
part of the chassis and drive-train was completely rebuilt. The engine
was rebuilt and balanced, the transmission rebuilt, the entire brake system
replaced, the lines being carefully bent using the originals as patterns.
The master cylinder was sleeved with brass so as to last forever. I even
found a "tar-top" battery for that perfect engine compartment!
The body tub is finished - with careful attention to preserving the many
seams and spot welds an original jeep should show. I have original instruments,
orig reflectors and lenses, a tool kit, and other accessories, five restored
combat wheels, 6-ply Denman USA tires, Beechwood canvas seats -- and it
goes on and on! I bought every NOS part that came along starting back
in 1993!! I have the NOS field kit for adding vacuum windshield wipers
- every thing from the manifold fitting to the tips of the wiper blades!
Even the rifle scabbard is NOS!
I even have several gallons of NOS correct o.d. green military paint that
came from a depot closure at the end of the cold war!
I thought I would own this jeep forever -- and have spent thousands and
thousands of dollars -- and many many hundreds of hours carefully restoring
even plating on nuts and bolts. This jeep is a big model kit now, the
hard work is done - I have gone so incredibly overboard - that I just
can't see myself ever finishing it anymore. It has zero miles on it. You
finish it - and you enjoy it. But you are going to have to pay a fair
price for it!

comments good running GPW jeep needs body work but has already been sandblasted,
not much work if you like a USED jeep look, body is very solid has a few
spots that needs repair bt 99% original parts, drivertrain is ok and working
and engine(geartype) is running smoothly with good oil pressure.
a nice starting project for a first time restoration. not to much mechanical
work email me for pictures and details. body is off now and already sandblasted
so are all seats and fenders, has F parts, hood is very nice as well as
original windshield and inner frame all complet and sandblasted, not much
work on that.
radiator is original like New as are grill and headlights. Frame is very
nice and many details are there in engine room and on jeep. GP axles ,
steering, has import papers to holland

Engine #'s match. Runs great with alot of new parts.Starter relay,rebuilt
starter,new carburator, fuel pump, fuel tank and cap.
New wet air bath filter system, battery,clutch kit. Rebuilt transmission
and transfer case.Turned all brake drums with new shoes, brake cylinders,
springs, bearings, races and seals. 5 new Nankang Traction Tires. This
GPW has mods on it that seem to place it as a U.S.M.C AMB-GPW making it
a little more rare
