comments 1945 Willy's GPW(Ford built Jeep) Runs great, shifts great, brakes
good, steering in excellent shape. I use it to go get groceries. 6V, unsealed
distributor/generator/starter, original rear seat, headlights work. Engine/frame/title
VIN #'s match. Aftermarket chrome air breather, new radiator, good battery,
minor rust. Still has shovel head strap and axe sheath. Ignition and electric
fuel pump wired to toggle switch. No dataplates/tool latches/can carrier/blackout
lights/jumper plug. Has tire mount and saddle plus all the original holes
for tool latches and handles. Cross member under grill is bent pretty
good, but not ruined. Front and rear bumper's are channel iron.
Grill is not original, vinyl top and doors are aftermarket, bass fishing
chairs replace front seats. A/C, CD player, and seat belts have been removed?
We stripped several coats of paint and the primer to metal looking for
rust. Cleaned engine, differentials, tranny and wheel wells. Found some
rust behind fenders and at the sides by your feet. Adjusted brakes, tuned
engine, rebuilt shifter guide plate in tranny.
Perfect if you want to rebuild a military Jeep because your not just painting
a CJ green. Built early in 1945 for WWII it still has olive green underneath.
Ford differentials are heavy compared to MB version.
$4500 US dollars gets title signed over to you and you can drive it home.

comments 1942 Ford Military Jeep and 1953 Dunbar Trailer. The Jeep is
the product of mixing 3 different Jeep's together. Therefore little, if
anything is orginal matching; however, all pieces appear to be orginal
military. It was never intended to be a "new" looking show princess,
but rather to proudly show the use of many years of service. It is somewhat
novel due to the windshield that is setup for a 105mm recoiless rifle,
but we could never locate the gun or the mount. It runs and is drivable
and was only used for parades. The Jeep and trailer are now part of my
father's estate since he passed away in August. As such, written offers

comments This Mutt is a rare and genuine US Military Jeep from the Vietnam
War. I purchased this Restored Mutt in Saigon myself and brought it back
to the States in March and have all the Vietnam Export and US Import,
Customs Documents, and clear Virginia Title.
The body is in excellent condition UNCUT, no rust or dents topside, there
are a couple small rust places on the bottom uni-body supports (non sturctural
issues) which can be easily fixed. No cut outs, very little bondo, the
tube and fenders in very good condition. Engine starts easily, runs, trans
shifts smoothly, front drive works fine. I have driven it several times
around my neighborhood but never more than 5 miles. Shovel, axe, tool
kit, top, bows, side panels, front bush guard, and CD with all Manuals
included. Has been converted to 12 volt and has a keyed ignition. Located

colours are not the common "olive drab" that everybody expects,
the blue belongs to the RAF and the white to the UN. The vehicules are

* DVLA log book states 1961 but from serial number I believe this to
be of 1957 manufacture. Tax exempt, expired March, not curretly MOT'd,
if time permits might get this sorted, dont envisage any issues. Owned
for approx 8 years, but not using it enough to justify keeping it now
and with arrival of recent baby unlikely to apparently. No side screens
but canvas on Jeep and trailer good condition. Dynamo was replaced with
an alternator by previous owner. New batteries lasy year (2 x 12 volt)
plus numerous 'consumable parts' for service.

True Slat Grill restored 7 years ago, almost 90% original. Correct tub,
frame, WWII flathead engine, and the rest of drivetrain. Has original
data plates, frame tag, and Willys embossed tub (numbers varified). Currently,
has 32x9 super swamper tires, WWII Combat Wheels and f-head engine. Included
is the original flathead engine that came with it, it ran but may need
to be rebuilt. Could rebuild and installed for additional cost. This jeep
is solid and clean, it needs a little TLC and a few pieces to be complete
which are readily available. It was a labor of love with a great story
for the new owner to share (my great great uncle used it on their farm
after the war). Current pictures are in this email but with the purchse
will be some of the rebuild pics and display board with story of rebuild.
I am selling the Willy's because I have purchased another project car
(1970 AMC Rebel Machine) and my wife said one or the other (she would
rather I keep this Jeep) but The Willy's Jeep will be sold as is for 17k
OBO. Shipping will be at the buyers expense but I would be willing to
go up to 300 miles from the Spokane Washington area for the cost of fuel.

comments My 1944 WW II Jeep is fully restored. The only thing I am having
a problem with is my throw out bearing making noise intermittently. There
is , of course ,no rust. It is equipped with a front capstan winch , powered
off of the crankshaft. It has combat wheels,including the spare tire,
fully operating blackout light system with original dummy-proof light
switch. Original 6 volt system and an original siren. It also has an operational
field radio with a mounted antennae. It is fully marked and and has the
weight rating emblem. The motor runs perfectly and has a new fuel pump
and carburetor as of a year ago.
The cylinder pressures are well within tolerance and the vehicle has never
been abused since restoration. Chassis up.
It has a canvas top and 1/2 doors. ( Mud doors) It also is equipped with
a removable 1917a Browning water cooled Machine Gun. It is of course inoperable,but
is indistinguishable from one that is fully operational.
It also has an original tripod and cradle it is mounted on. Guaranteed
to get you whatever parking place you want.
It was featured in a full page newspaper article and I have entered it
in two car shows and placed second in both against some fierce competition.
Both first place vehicles had over $75,000. Invested in each.
There is a lot more to say about the Jeep but for now that will fill you
in on the particulars. I have $ 16,200. Invested in it and want to sell
it for at least $ 17,500. USD. Don't consider this Jeep if you are shy.
Everywhere you go people gather to look at it and ask you questions. I
have even had people follow me until I stop somewhere to talk to me. It
is a rolling museum piece. I also have numerous accessories and manuals,
books ,etc.,that I can send pictures of. It has approx. 2,200 miles on
it since restoration. Always garaged. My Hummer was not to happy about
being kicked out of its' spot.
